Recruitment is changing, more and more is direct, Linkedin is the default, it’s more over-supplied than ever, and yet perception is the same as it ever was.
In the Creative Marketing industry, recruitment hasn’t a great reputation. It’s truly a people business and yet business is done at a transactional level – what happened to relationships?
Our role was to develop the brand platform, ‘Where talent prospers’, with tone of voice and guidelines to reposition the brand and adapt to a Linkedin, on demand recruitment culture. Not only change behaviour externally but internally too. Flip the negative perception and look beyond recruitment today and react to what the industry will look like in the future.
